Return Procedure

You can request a refund for the products you purchased from Stellapulvis.com within 30 days.

In order to request a refund, you must click on the Create New Request button on the My Account > My Refund Requests page, select the order containing the product you want to request a refund for, and select the Cancellation Return Type as refund.

After completing the required information, you can click the Save and Continue button. The cost of the cargo needs to be paid by you. You can send the products any cargo you prefer. After we recieve the products, refund will be made within 2 business days but may take up to 7-15 business days for your fee to be reflected in your account, due to bank procedures.
